the LOOSE CHANGE band
2014 winners, "Best Local Band", in the Steamboat Pilot's "Best Of The Boat" contest! LOOSE CHANGE is the premier dance band, party band and wedding band in Steamboat Springs, Colorado; a classic rock & roll / country band consisting of Tom Schwall, Jeff Swoyer, Trevor Guire and Mark Walker; four Steamboat Springs musicians with decades of musical experience, professional presentation, and great harmonies. With a diverse repertoire of tunes from the 1950's through the 1990's, LOOSE CHANGE can emphasize the type of music that your audience prefers, whether rock and roll, country, or a mix of both. We have performed extensively in Vail, Aspen, and throughout Colorado.
Three lead singers and multiple harmonies keep the sound fresh and diverse. LOOSE CHANGE can provide multi-colored stage lighting, fog and strobe lights if desired, and a fabulous sound system that is run by an experienced engineer who delights the crowd with his manipulation of the sound and light consoles.
A live band can really light up your wedding, party, or other special event. Be sure to include LOOSE CHANGE in your next party, event, or wedding planning.
From a recent bride: "If you can get this band for your event, do it! I have gone to a bunch of parties that they have played at, including my wedding, and they are by far the best band/dj/entertainment you can find in Colorado. I have been told time and time again how fun my wedding was and how great this band is. They do a fantastic job and make everyone get up and dance. I seriously don't think I have ever been to an event they have played at where people didn't rave about them."
"My family loves the band LOOSE CHANGE. We have had this group at many events over the years, and they're always a hit. If you want a crowd pleasing, energetic, jump-up-and-down dance event, this is your band!" Kim Kreissig, Steamboat Springs Visitors' Guide, Spring 2016.
"LOOSE CHANGE plays rock with a little twang and country with a little soul, fused with several-part vocal harmonies and top-notch light and sound engineering." Explore Steamboat, Steamboat Today (December 28, 2010).
